We took our 5 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced and everything was great. She cried for 30 seconds and it was all over. The lady was professional and patient.

Got my 5 year old ear pierced. The diamond style crystal in the stud fell down on its own after 30 days. It fell down from both stud in a gap of 3 days. Also she developed lot of infection around her ears. There was mucus and blood all around within few days. We contacted claire and they said its 30 days past and they cannot do anything. Very disappointed. Not worth the money and services. I will not recommend Claire for either ear piercing or for buying any stud. Not good quality and they don't stand for the product they sell. Look for some other better place.

Always great service at this store location. Prices for some items are absurd, but sales are usually good.
Extremely over priced. My daughter had a gift card and wanted to buy a beenie boo, they are 12.50 here, three other stores in the same mall sold the exact same one for 6.99. If it wasn't for the gift card I never would have paid they prices. If you are going to buy anything here, do yourself a favour and shop around for prices first.
Staff was friendly, informative and quick when we went here to get my daughter's ears pierced. They were great keeping her calm.
