This was the first time we used Clareville for renovations, based solely on Google reviews. Our usual contractor was not able to accommodate us and we needed work done well. Raj was our point of contact and he and his small, but efficient team were able to hit every point we had agreed upon, AND they were flexible enough to modify the original agreement to include additional items, on schedule. We found them to be very responsive to communication, excellent at what they do, great at delegation to subcontractors, worked on schedule, had great suggestions and advice and charged a fair price. There was no exaggeration or paddin in anything that they did. I have found them to be extremely trustworthy, and I would recommend them highly without any hesitation.
