I cannot thank Ali and his crew enough... A Team of true gentlemen that are highly knowledgeable in their field. They saved our family from a collapsed Main Sewer Line. ECO-PRO Plumbing & Drains should be your only choice for plumbing and drain servicing. Right from the start of the proposal process, Ali was there to help in every step of the way. He even saved me thousands in a tree removal referral, as that was the first step (roots got into our system from a 100 year old tree). They are very honest and upfront when providing you information - and... they CARE. I experienced it first hand. They worked through the evening to ensure we were not without service for the first night. Wow! Oh, not too mention, there was not a spec of dust in our home, in the basement or anywhere for that matter - after they left. PS, the floor was jack-hammered up and re-poured. You tell me how they did it??? Find out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. These people are the best that i have came across in Canada... they are very professional and did a great job in no time... best thing is they always have a person when u r in need... I had a sewage problem in the middle of the night and i just gave one call to these guys... and within 15 minutes the guy was here... so really thankful... And if anybody calling them ask for AJ.. He's the best..

Originally had a service time for 9am but no one showed. Ali called me and told me he would come out to take a look himself. He came out and was nothing short of fantastic. He was very professional and personable and made me feel like he had known me for a long time. He fixed the leak under my kitchen sink and came back later the same day to fix the clog and only charged for one service call. In my opinion his professional and courteous manner really made for a great experience. I will definitely be using their services going forward, Thank you Eco Pro Plumbing and Ali.
Phoned for a leaky sink. Our plumber AJ discovered a blockage down the line that could have led to a flood if left untreated (turned out the previous tenants had been pouring grease down the kitchen sink.) He also took the time to explain each and every step along the way. Honestly fantastic service and will definitely contact them again for any other needs. Thank you for all your time and effort!
