Great Job! In a time during Covid 19 where bad service seems to be the norm, Derek at Ferguson was beyond professional. He did what he said he was going to do on schedule at at a fair price. Great service. Highly recommend without hesitation.
They were really great to work with. We were able to book our appointment in a timely matter, and the owner Derek, was very helpful throughout the whole process. Derek and his associate were kind enough to explain all of the changes they made in a way that made sense to a non-professional. They were also very quick to respond to any issues/questions that we had. If I need any electric services in the future we will most definitely be back.
Derrick and Dan, provided exceptional quality and service. They were on time , efficient, and kept the work areas near and clean. Very impressed, with Dan , first thing he asked after introducing himself , is to go over what work was to be done to ensure everything was covered in the quote. They were very considerate, when the power had to be off, so we could plan ahead in scheduling video calls and conference. Ferguson helped us with some electrical work on a home renovation. His quote was simple and straight forward and he was flexible and fair when we needed to make some changes to the original plan. Daniel was very professional and easy going and did quality work. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them in my next home renovation.
We have used Derrick for three new home builds. He gives accurate quotes and is cooperative if you decide to change things a little in the process of the job. His team does tidy work and stand behind it. Evan is fantastic. Would recommend the company for any job big or small.
