The only reason I gave 5 stars is just because of Joel(if I remember the name correct). He is the best example of customer service. He is so welcome and soft spoken and treats you like he really want to help. We went to get a new phone and the manager started to assist us. We felt so unwelcomed that we just planned to try another store. Thankfully, he had to leave and we were then assisted by Joel who just made our experience more than wonderful. He will go far and beyond to assist you and will make sure you have a good deal and fully satisfied with the plan/purchase. If it wasn’t him, I would not have even given this kiosk a one star just because of the manager. The way he dealt was like inside his mind he was cursing us as to why we went there and made him work. Joel should be recognized for his wonderful customer service and I can bet that he won’t disappoint.

Do not go here....they requested a modem swap with my router and two young men didn’t even register the modem to my account they told me not to worry that everything is fine. Had to call in again only to be told that it was never registered and now my account is frozen

I just recently did my Upgrade from my LG G6 to a Huawei mate 20 pro and the service was excellent, the manager on duty there was very Nice and helped me to get in touch with customer service over the phone at their store. Successfully upgraded with bo hitches, no problems whatsoever will be keeping Fido as my carrier for as long as i can into the foreseeable future.

I received excellent customer service here. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, and purchase of new phone including credit for old phone went very smoothly. Highly recommend this Fido location. It was refreshing to experience this after getting the worst possible service @ Fido Waterloo kiosk (Conestoga Mall). On a separate note, I had a good laugh at the review where person gave 1 star because "happened to walk right past the booth because of the new bright red uniforms and baseball caps". I am sure they still had the FIDO sign up there. No one should punish others for their own mistake / stupidity.. LOL. I can't stop laughing. I wish I could write a comment on that review.. haha

Currently waiting to talk to someone here. The male working right now is too busy flirting with a woman. He asked me to get in line for the other employee working. I've been waiting 10 min and he's not doing work just flirting. So I'm quite angry at this point. It's enough I'll pay over 200 to cancel my contract and find another company. The girl named Val is actually doing her job by the way.

If you're looking for fast, affordable and reliable internet, choose FIDO. Got to the store pretty late, and Yalda was super patient and helped me out with my home internet. I got the modem, hooked it at home and I was ready to go! **EASY TO DO AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!**
