Awful work ! I had a couple pieces of tile base board fall off. Contractor came out and mortared the tiles back on, but didn't grout. Complained to my resident managers and they had a contractor come back to do the grout. Well first off the grout is not even the same colour, and they left a complete mess. Why should it be my responsibility to clean up after the "contractor". If you're looking for quality work, this is NOT the place to call. Terrible work.
HCS turned our moldy old bathroom into a beautiful stand up shower! They did the entire job in three days, and it was as if they were never there, they cleaned up each day and checked with me to ensure I was happy with the progress and work being done. I can't wait to call them in the new year to start my flooring!
I have dealt with this company for the past 2 years and can say that they are very professional, they care about the work being done and expect the best quality. They are organized, and always available for questions. Highly recommend them!!
I have used HCS to renovate multiple bathrooms and kitchens in our multi residential property over the past 5 years. I would recommend them to all of my friends , family and colleges. Their work is professional, clean and on time. I would only trust them with my most time sensitive projects
I'm an resident manager of a property complex in Windsor. As such I have to deal with many contractors from various companies and I have to say HCS so far has been my favourite. Everybody is always very polite, the project manager is very efficient and professional and they all go above and beyond by staying till the very late hours of the night or early hours of the morning to complete a project when I need them to. I was puzzled by reading some of these horrible reviews and thought I'd place my positive input into it as there's always two sides to a story. I always get a confirmation email before they show up and I always get multiple phone calls afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied by the job. I've never had an issue with the time of a project needing to be completed and many of my colleagues agree when we discuss our every day ordeals... The bottom line is that whether I need a Paint Job, a bathroom renovation, a kitchen renovation, tiles being installed, flooring put in, anything at all to do with my apartments from top to bottom, I trust HCS more than any other contractor I've worked with in the past and will continue to do so as long as they stay this way.
401..630 am. Driver is already going 120 km/h, tries to prevent me from merging into fast lane to avoid a trucker, tailgates me and flashes high beams. Then continues to tailgate and keep his high beams on me while driving in a very busy portion of the 401. Very unprofessional, not to mention very dangerous driver. This is the kind of stuff accidents are made of and judging by the reviews.... this company speaks for itself not only in workmanship, but professionalism and courtesy. Not very happy this am.
Very Professional staff. We are extremely happy with both the quality of work preformed and the quality of materials provided on each job. I can always depend on HCS Contracting to get the job done well and on schedule.
