My dad moved into the Cambridge location just over a year ago. I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart. The staff are kind, caring and are there for their residents. Over a Covid, their protocols have kept people safe and secure, giving us all some peace of mind during these stressful times. The facility and rooms are lovely. I have elected to do all visits outside all year and the grounds are equally inviting and well-kept. Thank you, Heritage Meadows. I’ll be looking to book my room when I am ready for Gracious Retirement Living!

there is nothing good about this place the management is rude staff is slow and careless they dont follow covid-19 precautions, unsafe food handling, unsafe kitchen equiptment they use toilet cleaner on tables and they fired me for no reason

A wonderful community filled with fabulous staff and active seniors. The food is delicious and the staff focus is on the the residents and giving them a comfortable and gracious lifestyle. Managers are available 24/7 and live on site. It has a family feeling and I feel safe knowing the people I love live there.

Building is beautiful airy bright lovely grounds meals were good to excellent however has constantly gone downhill. What was once served hot is now cold what was once sufficient amounts is now leaving my Mom hungry, She is a small eater and a slight woman who has lost weight since being here despite good and active health. If your loved one has a choice reconsider choosing this location to live.

My great-uncle lives here and it is a wonderful facility! The meals are great, tasty, and filling. The facility is always clean and there are multiple activities to entertain oneself with. The movie theater and library are great touches!
