I love books and Indigo is my favorite place! The staff is customer service focused. I was there with full arms and they noticed I was almost falling over still looking and brought me a rolling cart. I didn't realize I needed one when I first got there for the pre-store opening RSVP event.

I'd called in advance to be sure they had a copy of a book I planned to give as a Christmas gift...I couldn't find it anywhere else! They had 1 last copy, and promised to set it aside for me.m, but when I got there, they couldn't find it! It was near closing time, and though everyone was tired, 3 staffers made it their mission to find the book, and even though it had been mislaid, they did! I left there a happy, satisfied customer!
