Before COVID-19, my sole issue with them was being shunted over to RNP Nancy, who is consistently apathetic and has poor understanding of injuries, especially. However, Albrecht is patient and treats me fine when I did get to see him, despite having to wait up to a month sometimes (specifically to avoid Nancy's \treatment\). Since the pandemic has worsened, this place has devolved into a joke, and I am switching. I was \assessed\ over the phone for a joint injury and erroneously diagnosed by way of downplaying severity, as to be expected, by Nancy. Contacting my doctor has been a nightmare in and of itself. The windows they tell me I will be contacted in are sometimes incorrect. The last experience I had was disastrous. I needed my last appointment for work-related purposes, however I keep a spam filter to automatically block suspicious calls so I am not woken from my sleep as I work night shift and sleep during the day. I was awake to receive the call, but my doctor called from a private number, which was regarded as suspicious by my filter, and blocked. I called the office immediately, but was told that despite less than two minutes having passed, they would not retry. They offered another \appointment\ two weeks out, which I could not wait for. I was not told the call would be from a private number, and the lack of attempt to rectify the issue from staff was appalling. This would be one star but Albrecht deserves his own star. Haste and communication is unknown here and will affect your health.

I've called multiple times in hopes to schedule an appointment to seek help. The lady I spoke to yesterday said she'd take the information and give me a call back. I waited many hours for a call back. Now when I call they simply don't answer. Awful service, I definitely do not recommend.
