I highly recommend this place if you are looking for excellent customer service and variety of selections. Everyone there is super friendly and they make you feel valued from the moment you walk in. They also have a very flexible schedule, where I was able to book my spouse and myself for a Saturday appointment within two weeks. The optometrist is extremely nice and informative. Prem, the optician and the business owner, made sure that my needs were addressed accordingly and focused on client satisfaction, rather than just making sales. This place has great brands to choose from! Thanks for such a great experience!

Best Place to go for your optical needs. Very Professional & they follow all the covid 19 safety guidelines. It was very hard to get an appointment during this pandemic but considering my urgent need they helped me in a best possible way. They have a huge selection of Frames and Glasses. I would recommend everyone who wants the quality service to go to this place.10/10

Great service and really nice people. Even during a pandemic they make you feel at home. Prem runs the business and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. My wife and I both got our glasses here.

Great customer service! I called for an appointment and they gave me a date within two weeks, the quickest I've seen yet. Most places were completely booked, and others didn't have appointments until February! The Optician was very thorough and quick, he was honest and gave great advice . The staff is also very welcoming, and they have a great range of eye glasses that suits everyone. I loved their Buy 1 Get 2 free deal! Staff was also honest about which glasses and frames best suit the face. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent service. I took In a pair of vintage sunglasses that I needed a custom pair of lenses made for. Lens & Frames Optical went above and beyond. The customer service from both the optometrist I saw and the receptionist was warm and inviting as soon as I entered the store. We went over a few different choices when it came to the lens colour and darkness and was able to pick out the perfect colour for the frame. Just over a week later I was able to pick up my shades! The cost for my request to have custom lenses made was also very reasonable. I certainly will be bringing any other frames I need new lenses for to this business in the future! Thank you again for the great service, I am Extremely happy with my glasses.
I went here for my prescription glasses. This is my 3rd year of getting my pair of glasses. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. And sells quality frames. I will be visiting again and recommending my friends.
