Really good service from staff with a lot of helpful information, suggestions, and products that will save us some in the long run (bulk buy of filter media and water conditioners, etc). The fish in the tanks always look happy and I've never had any problems with sick fish or anything like that. I had a couple of Molly that had been sold in error (male rather than female) and staff were very friendly and happy to exchange them for us free of charge. Their range of water care products and tanks is really cool, they have some impressive specimens and the combined knowledge of the team always comes very handy when I had issues with high phosphates or fish I got from other suppliers that were dying unexpectedly, etc I found my new aquarium shop, that's for sure

Massive selection of fish, tanks and pond stuff. Amazing massive display tank in the entrance of the shop, kids had loads of fun feeding the pond fish, great place and all the staff were really friendly and helpful

The aquatic centre is embedded within a garden centre, as are most these days. I was particularly interested in marines (fish and corals) and these were reasonably well represented compared to other local aquatic centres, though not as much as I had hoped. Being a niche hobby you don't expect a massive amount of livestock compared to cold water and tropical, however the quantity and variety of salt water fish were a little disappointing. I would also have liked to have seen more in the way of sand and rock dwelling creatures such as starfish, crabs, urchins etc, however beyond a handful of sand sifting starfish these were in short supply. I suspect that the current virus lock down may have been the cause of this, however I was also surprised not to see a fully developed reef display tank. With regard to corals these were well represented with some nice varieties including some smaller frags. The shop has a good range of equipment and tank accessories at very reasonable prices. Overall this was a good experience and if salt water fish stocks increase I would happily give 5 stars.
