I began training with Matt almost a year ago, in preparation for trials for county level rugby union. My goals were to improve my general strength and fitness (especially my core strength) to prepare myself to play more matches at a higher level, if I was selected. I achieved my goals, and have continued working with Matt ever since. I don't particularly enjoy gym work and get bored easily, but Matt varies my workouts regularly so I don't lose interest. Working with Matt is good fun, he is very encouraging and although he will push you to work harder, you will find yourself enjoying it! I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Working from home at a desk job isn't the best way to stay fit, so I decided to try PT. During our first meeting I found Matt to be friendly, knowledgeable and I was pleased he could come to me to run the sessions at my home or local park. It's been just over a month, training hard two sessions per week and following Matt's nutritional advice I've dropped 4% body fat while gaining lean mass.
