The receptionist helped me register with the NHS and as soon as that was through I was able to talk to a doctor, get tests done, and come in for further examination, all very quickly. The staff were polite and made me feel secure being in the surgery during covid times.

Had to visit the practice for the 1st time today and I was promptly assisted by the staff for a last-minute appointment. Dr. Kumar is very knowledgeable and I'm pretty satisfied with the overall service quality.

I have been disappointed with this practice, and have decided to change to another - I would recommend reading previous reviews below! In addition, I have had consistently terrible experiences with the reception staff who come across as very unhelpful, quite incompetent and rude. The practice itself feels very dirty and unhygienic.

Excellent doctors (at least the ones I am in contact with) but health and safety issues need to be sorted in the old and crumbling building: can't open window in the A/C-less waiting room upstairs. Needs to be sorted before the summer. But overall still 5 stars as the GPs matter most.
