The customer service at the store and over the phone service was outstanding. I would give them more than 10/10 for that. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and went out of their way to help. They also went out of their way to deliver my son's guitar on time before Christmas. We really appreciate it all and my son loves playing his new guitar.

I find a couple of the big bearded guys to be rude and disrespectful and have been told that they don’t have time to help me. The other day I was at the back of the shop talking to Jake and one of the big guys shouted ‘ how did that lady get there? Then I asked If we could go somewhere else. Jake listened to my voice and choose a guitar that is awesome. I wasn’t offered finance. When I asked if I could buy an adapter for my keyboard he said ‘we don’t sell them’. So I’m not impressed at all with the customer service there. Moody men! Men who think women should not make music was my impression. They couldn’t have shown less interest in my shopping needs apart from getting a great guitar I was not able to purchase anything else. I would have bought picks and a strap but felt I had had enough of their time. This is my third guitar from there and I’d expect a bit of respect. Will not go there again!
Very helpful for us non musical people, we went in to purchase a Bass guitar for our son, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we ended up spending far more than we originally intended, but we know we’ve bought to last. Great service
Wow these guys are great. I went to look at Tenor Ukuleles as I want to expand my collection and they were really knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The all seem to genuinely enthusiastic about working there. The shop is really big and has a lot of good kit for sale. They let me play and test out as many as I wanted for a long as I liked and left me to it so I didn’t feel pressured by anyone. When I went to actually purchase it the guy (James I think) said he’d found it cheaper for sale elsewhere and so they would price match it! I had no idea about this so was pleasantly surprised. So nice to have a good Music shop locally. I would highly recommend. I bought a Freshman Tenor Zebrawood Ukulele, kit bag and a couple plectrums. Thanks for your help guys
