Last night I went to the store and I read the precaution on the entrance that only max 5 persons allowed inside the store so I started waiting at the door and when a customer leave the store the guy with the green shirt call me to order. Maybe, that guy was supervisor or the manager but he dealt very politely to me. Although the store was busy but he was managing the crowd in a very good way so that is why I am giving 5 stars to this store.

I’m leaving 2 stars because the sandwiches were good. The rest of the order looked like it was thrown in the bag from across the room! 1/2 order of fries and the biscuits just tossed in, not packaged Wrong drinks sent. Not worth the we paid!

There's something odd about this Popeye's. 2 years ago it was good and my car used to smell like chicken from heaven if I did a take out. Now looks like they're re-purposing their oil a lot. The chicken doesn't have that famous aroma and at times you'd smell shrimp from your chicken and the car stinks

This location gets pretty busy which is good as they turnover a lot of food so its usually pretty fresh. With Covid in addition to their volume, you will more than likely need to wait at least 10 minutes but totally worth the wait

Family meal....50 and did not include a wing or breast piece. Every single piece was dark meat and no one explained that to me or else I would not have ordered. The drumsticks are now tiny, about half the size from before. Many pieces were bruised up and some smelled very rancid when getting near the bone (not sure if it's a different supplier or if the pandemic may have caused this). Many pieces had very little coating. We love Popeyes but the quality control wasn't there tonight. Not to mention the lobby was really dirty i.e. napkins, straws on the ground etc. We will only give this location one more try and then will have to find another popeys as it seems this has become more the norm the last couple of visits.
