Under new ownership since 2019. Gym has been fully refurbished with life fitness equipment. Friendly independent gym with a good selection of classes.

Very poor equipment, all the barbells are bent (which is funny because they dont have many plates, only 2 20kgs lol), Dumbbells are all ruined, cable machines are broken. Glad I used a trial before signing up.

Used for month while staying in area. Great gym with really nice selection of equipment (including a couple of unusual but really good machine brands - schnell and curve). Also did a great deal

I went to this gym for 3 years until the new owner came he is rude and very arrogant not good for anyone who want to lift heavy it is ok though if you are a normal gym user in total not very good
