Went in for the first time to purchase a watch. Was given the red carpet treatment. Would not go anywhere else for any watch/jewellery purchase. The building is gorgeous, they have every major brand and transparent pricing. I will also add that when going to a place like this, I recommend calling ahead of time and discussing what you are after and making an appointment. As you should with any important/large purchase. This way someone can be readily available to assist you with their undivided attention.

Owning a couple of Luxury time pieces, this was my first brand new Rolex. I personally dealt with Pierre. Pierre was very professional and kept me in the loop for finding the exact configuration of the Date Just 41 I was looking for. Finally I received the call that my exact time piece has come in & Pierre kept it on hold for me until I arrived later that evening. The staff there were extremely professional and courteous. Thank you Pierre for the wonderful experience and assisting me in another milestone watch.
