I have used RHS Canada for many years. I find the customer service really spotty. Sometimes it's terrific, and other times it's downright ghastly. I keep going there because the location is convenient to where I live or else I might have shopped around for a different service provider. Your mileage may vary, but I suggest that you carefully look over any supplies you purchase before heading home to ensure that you are receiving what you requested in terms of size or specification.

This was my second time calling to get set up with my CPAP - both times the person was extremely short on the phone. I need a patient person when I get fitted due to claustrophobia - I had to book elsewhere.
