The pricing was ok - middle range- and the job looked decent at first-- there were bulgings here and there in the roof but he assured me they were going to settle down after a little while. Five years on and there are still there. More importantly, he seems to have used cheap material for the valleys that started rustting after a couple of years and look awful now. Spent a couple of months this summer calling him every now and then to come take a look and fix it and each time he assured me he was going to send someone the coming weekend. All lies. As well as all his talks about 10 years (or whatever) warranty. If like most people you do renovation to sell the house he might be ok price wise and it looks decent at beginning. But if you plan to stay in the house I would stay away from his company and his recommendations.
Had an excellent experience with Rico roofing! Best price, quick turn around and respectful crew that cleans up after themselves. Would highly recommend if you're in the need of a roof!
