I would give this company a negative star review if that was possible. Please do not get any service from this company. I have been trying to get a retainer for over a month, this company once they have your money with do absolutely nothing for you. I would suggest any other orthodontist or dentist in the region as ritebite does not care about patients, customer service or working with patients after they collected your money. It is the WORST ever. A horrible experience with braces on for 3 years plus and now zero help with retainer and after care. So sad, this was going to be an exciting time but has turned into a nightmare. Thank you for providing completely false statements on this review. I have provided many dates and none that fit into your one day available. As for the retainer yes, you have provided two because the first one you made did not fit. It would not even go over her teeth I would a company would make a second set because of the poor job the first time. After many visits to your office with little results or any type of service it is a shame. If you a nice smile this is not the place for. It is shameful you are trying to push the blame on me instead of trying to correct the issue. I really did not appreciate being told I would have an answer and no call back today. Again push all the blame and take zero responsibility. Please just stay away from them horrible horrible company, I can not say enough go to another orthodontist
Not at all pleased with service provided here. My daughter had her braces removed a couple of weeks ago, and her top and bottom teeth don't line up. We took a day off of work and school to pick up her retainer, but neither the top nor the bottom retainer fit, so we both had to take another day off to get one that fits. Now we need to get her permanent retainer, and have tried for weeks to get an appointment, but they will not work with me or provide any solutions outside of us paying for a retainer from my dentist - a retainer that should be covered in the cost of the braces we paid for. We now have to drive to another branch, in another city, to get this retainer, resulting in yet another day taken off of work. Avoid at all costs, not worth the headaches and poor results.
