I can honestly say this has been the best experience ever dealing with Rogers. I went in to pick up 2x phones The customer service was amazing & efficient. The young man helped me with getting a new case which I appreciate so much.

My cell-phone decided it didn't want to turn on anymore yesterday. I wanted to see if maybe I could get someone to take a look at it or help me out with getting it repaired, but whoever I interacted with didn't seem all too interested in that. Instead of attempting to help me when I addressed I was there because I was having problems with it turning on, he immediately suggested I try one of the cell repair places in the mall, and that they have no one that can look at the phone. I then said verbatim "You guys are my cell-phone provider, there's nothing you can do to help me?". His was response was "No unfortunately we only sell the phones, but we can talk about getting you an upgrade". So instead of getting help, I was given the options of A) Go somewhere else or B) Spend more money. No attempt to help me diagnose the issue, didn't bother asking me about how old the phone was, was it under warranty(it is), etc. I was already aggravated with my current situation and that interaction really didn't help. At that point I did a 180 and decided to just go home and get support from the MyRogers site, with much more success. If you're interested in buying a phone perhaps you will have a better time, but if you're looking for help as an existing customer, I would suggest going elsewhere, perhaps the Stone Road Mall location. I probably won't be returning to the Cambridge Mall location anytime soon unless absolutely necessary.

I visited this Rogers store in the beginning of November to do an upgrade to an iPhone 12. From the beginning, I was blown away by how professional the experience was. We were greeted at the door and were seated a safe 6 feet away from Skyler, our representative. We knew what we were going in for, but we had no idea how positive the experience would be. Skyler was professional but he also knew when to throw in some perfectly-timed jokes. He had both me and my friend laughing multiple times throughout the transaction. He was easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable and it was clear that he had our best interests in mind. If you are within a 30 minute drive of this location, I’d highly recommend making the trip to this store and seeing Skyler to do your upgrade or activation.

I upgraded to an iphone 12 pro and a worker named Skylar or Skyler was very helpful to me, their server was down and since I had to return later he offered me a free charger and air pods case which was much appreciated.

I was just at the Cambridge center mall Roger's to upgrade my phone and it was easy fast and safe they made sure everyone was 6 feet apart and the Rogers employee christine was amazing I give her 5 stars

Worst Customer Service Anyone could give. I was not welcomed. Everything I asked, got one response "Check it online" I asked I want to port, he said you could do it online. I was like How? He said "Everything is in sequence" Not even helped me port. Just because of that person not choosing rogers. (Not that it would matter to rogers). 0.1 star just for talking.

I was searching all over the place for the airpods pro. Felt like the moive Jingle All the Way. Anyway, a wonderful sales associate named Patrick at the Cambridge Centre Mall location did everything he could to get me what I needed and he got me the last pair in the KW-Cambridge area from the Kitchener location. Such amazing customer service. Thanks Patrick for making one of my family members very happy for Christmas and providing a model example for a Rogers sales associate. Definitely coming back.

I would give zero star if possible. I asked for 2 I watches i just told him give me 2 mins I was on the phone in the store by the time another customer came he sold that watch. When I go to his colleague and I asked for my watches and she told me he sold both of your watches. He didn't even ask me that are you gonna buy these? And i didnt even left the store. The person name is "MOE". he was so rude. It was not expected by "ROGERS".
