In one recent conversation I had with him, he explained how it can be possible for my children (now teens) to buy a house in town in spite of the market being gobbled up by Toronto buyers. Cathie is a very kind and passionate person and this is a great attribute to have as a realtor. If I were selling my home I would know I was in good hands with her.
