Honestly, if you are looking to do a small project, don't bother with these guys. The price will rise faster than you can say boo and 2 weeks is a minimum waiting period. Only reason I gave as high of a rating as I did was because the girls that work there are great. The service they attempt to provide while being bound by their company rules is excellent. So meh on everything else

Sarmazian Flooring just finished replacing the carpet runner on our main staircase. This was perhaps the fastest and easiest renovation we’ve ever had done. Starting with the expert advice and great pricing provided by Sales consultant Patrick Sousa, to the delivery and expert installation by Brian. From start to finish a seamless project. We’d highly recommend them for any flooring renovation.
From the moment you walk into Sarmazian Brothers Flooring in Cambridge you will know you are among friends. I have dealt with this company many times for home and business and have always walked away knowing I made the right choice. Their secret is simple. They have quality people who understand the quality product they are selling and go above and beyond in delivering that product to you. Thank you to Christine for all your coordination and for always calling me back when you say you will.(Very important in my world) Thank you to Brian and Jeff who are the two best carpet installers I personally know. (and two really nice guys-very important again) and of course to Manny who continues to be everything a manager should be. His attention to detail is excellent and has never failed in delivering the product that he says he will. It probably isn't needed to be said but you have a customer for life.
We highly recommend all levels of service at Sarmazian’s. Therese Hanna was truly exceptional. She went beyond our expectations. She was able to determine the exact carpet type we needed, the colour is perfect and the quality superb. She was always true to her word, she was patient with all of our questions, she came to our home to make suggestions and we always felt like we were dealing with an honest and caring professional.
This was my first experience with the store, and I have to say I was so pleased with the service Patrick provided to me. I went in with a thought about what I would be choosing, but he showed me alternatives that would suit as well..including lesser priced options. More than that however, was that Patrick was really patient as I vacillated - it was a o pressure\ approach to sales, which was really welcome. Patrick is a seasoned salesperson, who listens and doesn't push - he clearly wants you to be really pleased with the final result, and isn't considering his bottom line. Well done!
