I’ve been eating here for a while and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. The quality of the food is amazing, I haven’t been let down once. If you’re in a rush then it might be better to go to a different place because it does take slightly longer than a usual “fast food” restaurant. I willingly go there knowing it takes slightly longer because I know I’ll get consistently great food. The staff is extremely friendly and seem to have great pride in their work. I totally recommend this establishment.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Ordered the salmon bowl with vegetable base. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my food, but I received a very pathetic "meal" with barely any vegetables and an overcooked piece of salmon. I tried to contact customer service dozens of times, left multiple messages, and it took almost THREE MONTHS for them to get back to me... Wouldn't even give me a refund. I do not recommend whatsoever!!!
Fantastic and flavorful food, I loved the vibes this place has, and the cashiers were very nice. I will definitely visit here next time.
Just had my best experience there and the food (Kenzai Rainbow) was fantastic and rich in nutrition.
I love this place. I come very frequently. The man who owns the store is very friendly even though he works all day every single day. The food is amazing. Make sure to tip him!
Delicious food, great serves, super friendly employee! What else could I say? I've read some of the bad reviews from some of the previous customers. Honestly, I believe that majority of them were lack of communications with the employees or not familiar with the menu. Since the employees are not native speakers, miss understanding happens. Otherwise, reviews can not go polarize.
