I have used the services of The Glass Medic twice now. Once for window pane replacement and once for a complete shower glass with very difficult angles. It looks amazing! Mark was very professional and punctual. He came and did an initial consultation and created a comprehensive quote. When it was time for the installation, Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my glass shower enclosure. They were efficient, courteous and left my home spotless. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would not hesitate to work with the Glass Medic again! Highly recommend.
Mark came and measured the same day I contacted him, we ordered the windows, and him and another employee came to do the installation. Great job, the window inserts were installed within a couple hours. His employee even took the time to remove the privacy window stick on the bathroom window and put it on the new glass insert. Very impressed! Job well done and they cleaned everything up as they went along. Thank you and we'll definitely be recommending you and coming back in the future when the other windows need to be done.
Great quality at reasonable prices. Service excellent - Glass replaced on 11 windows and cleaned area all within several hours, approx 4-5 hours. Received estimate and no surprises at installation. Paid exactly what was on estimate. Highly recommend Glass Medic. Call Glass Medic before ordering new windows from any window company.
I would like to thank Mark in times like this it must be challenging to work in a strangers home but yet he did it in a very safe and professional manner. We had glass medic install a shower glass half wall. The glass itself took some time to get in stock ( mark had warned us about it before we even agreed to go with him) but the install was on time and professional. Again thanks glass medic. Stay safe.
