My husband and I had both sales and buying experience with The Melissa Francis Team and found both Vicky and Melissa responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. They genuinely seemed to care and to put a big effort in understanding our needs with respect to selling and also what we were looking for in a home for the purchase. It was a tough market for buying and we found Vicky's analysis of our options very strategic and balanced but phrased in a way as to allow us to make our own decisions (about home-inspection, conditions on an offer etc) . We also found the team very ethical as one of the agents on the other side had made an error in paperwork and Vicky handled this in a very professional and honest manner. Melissa helped us with a sales transaction that was private by offering a few tips which seemed above and beyond and was very generous of her time and expertise. All in all, the team was an excellent resource! We are very happy with the experience and in our new home.

All we can say is WOW. It has been such an honour to work with Melissa. My husband and I just sold our first ever home, and it was such an overwhelming experience for us.
