Asked to have a pen engraved, she told me she could have it done by the end of day. When I pulled out a pen I had bought else where she explained it would take until Tuesday. Unpleasant attitude towards me when I asked why it would make a difference. Went to Fairview mall, much more pleasant staff and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would consider driving the extra 15 minutes.

Fantastic service! very friendly staff. we needed a plate engraved and they were very helpful with choosing fonts and style. got done in a hour.
I always get amazing customer service here. The employees take their time on helping you pick the best item. Today, I was panicked as I needed something last minute and they put a rush on the work order, it was done in 15 minutes!
The staff seemed friendly.But very disappointed with the quality of work. For a such a high price,you don't get your money's worth. Won't go there again!
No means no. I don't want the freakin rewards card. Got what we wanted though...
