Excellent customer service. The agents are always willing to help in any way they can. They're always kind and respectful and understanding of your current circumstances which makes you feel very comfortable and safe when discussing issues. Always honours their policies when there's trouble with your car and never give you a hard time if filing a claim. I would recommend this company to anyone who's interested in professional and knowledgeable agent with a special human touch.
Ever since being switched to Todd O’Donnell’s office, it has actually been a pleasure to call or email them and receive great service in return. It’s just a different feeling that the last Desjardin office I was part of for almost 30 years. Although we have never met face to face, Elaine and Alyssa have always been cheerful, helpful and very efficient at addressing any concerns or questions we have.
