Excellent customer service from the friendly & knowledgeable Vincent's team. I purchased a hedge trimmer and small chainsaw and couldn't be happier. Truly didn't know much about the products but the Vincent's team guided me through everything. I've used both several times and impressed by the performance. I was surprised at the large selection of quality products and excellent prices. Looking forward to buying a new lawnmower and Stihl multi power tool in the spring. Thanks again. John

Couldn't be happier with our recent purchase of a STIHL battery operated chainsaw. The staff were very helpful in listening to my needs and helping to select the right equipment for the job. Certainly a more personable experience than the typical big box store environment. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend and will visit again.

Great service and done in professional manner. The store is always clean which is great youdoing have to climb over everything to look at products in comfort. Staff that I have encounted are smiling and always say hello. Even the dogs greet you. Stay away from the big box stores, these guys know what there doing.

Customer service can still be found. My husband took our snowblower in for winter service. After a couple of days the tech called him to let him know that some extra parts were needed and how much it would cost. When he went in to pick it up, they had it loaded in his truck before he even finished paying the bill. Great people and amazing service.

It has been a while since my last visit. I had always bitten my tongue with your parts employee. The condescending attitude and frustration he displays when we as customers do not come in prepared with a part number and he has to look it up is unacceptable. Clearly an ongoing problem that has not been addressed. I won't send my staff or patron myself at Vincent Lawn any longer. Not a great way to hear about disgruntled staff, however the other negative comments show a trend. Thank you for the reply.
