We are so blessed with hiking trails in Waterloo Region This section on the trail was between Cambridge and Blair. It was nice this time of year to see buds on the tree, bright green moss and of course the Grand River. I was hiking directly across from the Doon Golf course. Be careful on the trail marked "blue" to the river. I was a bit nervous peering over the deep cliffs above the Grand. Watch your young children here please!

Incredible trail that follows the Grand River. There are some great views in between the trees and an unexpected little waterfall coming out of Devil's Creek.
when the weather gets better, a lot of people walk in the trail. nice place to be, you should be careful as a bicycle rider about a lot of children in the trail and on bicycle.
This Grand river trail is pretty unique. From the Cambrian era stone formations overlooking the waters edge to the age old deciduous forest that hugs the banks across from Galt country club. The ticks aren't to be feared here anymore than the swarms of mallards or the majestic grace of the great blue heron as she gently glides in for a river top landing.
Nice place for walks and hiking and you can see and hear lots of birds is very beautiful during the autumn
Great trails for a hike with the wife and dog. Scenic and well kept. It also ties into the larger grand river trail system so you could hike for ages and probably not reach the end. If you have the time to enjoy a walk give the trails a try.
Lovely trail asking the Grand. Well maintained, generally flat, and always properly graded. Excellent for walking dogs, running, and cycling. Lots of smiles from friendly people is an added bonus.
Amazing place! There are some hidden forest trails. If you walk alone, that would definitely give you a scary feeling. Also, be careful when you walk cause last time I spotted a snake.
