ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service!!! went in thinking i wanted in, came out with something 100 times better! sarah was so patient with me as I was a bit picky and really helped me find the perfect fit and look for me!! on more than one occasion. she also really helped me as a fist time wig wearer with tips and advice. I would defo 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. Staff were knowledgable and helpful and answered all my questions politely and professionally. The product i bought (hair for hair extensions) was THE nicest ive ever used. There was LOADS of it so was great value for money. The hair didnt tangle up when separating and plaiting it in. Will be using WIGgIT again soon. Xxx

Awful company! I have never delt with a worse company. Product was awful and i was directly abused and name called by the staff when i fairly asked for my refund. I am honestly disgusted with them! Vile staff! If there were minus stars i would pick the lowest. Please avoid or hope you don't need a decent product or then refund afterwards.

A company with good ethic helps you with customer service. This company is quick to take your money but not good at refunding you. I have been waiting for quite sometimes now to have a decent message from someone rather than a generic email and I still haven't heard from anyone. I will NEVER order there again and please refund me.
