I am very pleased with the level of care my mother has received at Woodlands. The home has a nice atmosphere, is clean and is well-run, and the staff are both friendly, caring and extremely professional. The same staff are there now that were there when my mother arrived - which shows it is a stable environment where relationships can build and last. My mother has enjoyed her time at Woodlands, and is far happier there than I ever expected. I have no reservations in recommending Woodlands to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and friendly 'home from home' for their loved ones.

My dad has now been part of the woodlands family for the past 5 years & the care he has received there has been second to none. Although he has severe dementia, I can still see he is relaxed, comfortable & happy and has close relationships with all of the staff he has regular contact with. I am regularly updated with how he is doing & this is also visible when I have been able to visit or have video calls with him. The management & carers/nurses on his unit have always been approachable and are keen for feedback and input from the residents‘ families so we can work together to achieve the best positive outcomes for our loved ones. The team respect his feelings & wishes, never forcing him to do anything he doesn’t want to while ensuring he remains safe & healthy. I want to thank all the staff for their hard work, commitment & support provided to my dad and other residents in their care.
We have been very pleased with the care my mother has had over the 3 years she has been in the Woodlands. Staff are always very caring and keep us informed of any issues related to our mother's welfare. Peter

My Dad spent his last 10 weeks here and the staff were all wonderful and it was obviously the best place for him to be receiving the best care he could possibly have. Everyone was also extremely caring and helpful with us too as we went through a very difficult time.
