I've been part of this YMCA since October 2019... Since October they were only capable of finding 1 lead for Apprenticeships. I admit I turned it down because it wasn't what I trained for. Now they decide to call in January 2020. I straight up told them that I'm disappointed because of only 1 job lead since I been apart of this employment program. After I stated my dissatisfaction over telephone they sent me an exit survey asking how they did. You essentially kicked me out due to being unsatisfied with the lack of progress you made.
