I purchased a scooter for 49 euros for my son. After buying the most expensive one. We went to the park to try it out. After an hour the handle broke and we returned the scooter to the shop as it was a walking distance. We explained to one of the owners and he says that he cannot exchange for another. We told him it was faulty and he still refused. Naturally I was furious. Says you should exchange it . I’m not even asking for the money back. My wife tried to reason with him but I was furious, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Just plain daft. I have left the scooter at the shop where I purchased it. l took a photo as evidence to show to visa we have left it behind. Unbelievable customer service. I would not recommend if something goes wrong they don't want to know. Be warned!
