Lady was very rude to me about a lottery ticket thinking I was underage... I’m 21, but compiled because it’s the law, then starts to say I was not legible/legal age to buy a ticket :/. The gas pumps wouldn't read my card. I tried at two different pumps, and both didn't work.
I came in 4-6-18 during lunch time & the store manager(short older lady with short gray hair) straight lied to my face cause she messed up my order & didn't want to admit it. Every time i buy an e-cig from her or have a coupon she messes it up. That day i asked for a battery & she brought me a cartridge pack like she always does. So i said no the battery, & said then what's this! Can she not read? So she goes & gets the battery then rings me up. My coupon was for an ecig kit for a 1. She tried to charge me 4.99. I told her no it's a 1. She just stared at me. So i had to point out on the coupon cause she didn't read it. Then she said i was talking to myself figuring out the difference. But she did the math before she told me the total, i watched her write it down. The total on the screen didn't match what she was trying to charge me. She's a liar that constantly messes up my order cause she can't read & doesn't know the product in the store that SHE'S THE STORE MANAGER OF!!!! I've already made a complaint about her to the corporate office in the past, that did a lot of good. I think it's time for staff change here. To also mention, this gas station constantly runs out of gas!!
lady at midnight on a Saturday was horrible. i came in with a ripped shirt and blood on my back from a car accident with the goal of using a phone to call my parents. she told me that I had to leave BC i didn't have any shoes on and that they didn't have a phone i could use. While she had her phone in sight in her shirt pocket. Worst attitude i have seen from any retail worker. Next time i need help Ill be sure to go to another gas station. The guys at Papa Johns across the street were much more friendly.
