Chris is a very nice gentleman who does business the right way. This is my 2nd time I have used his storage facility. I have not had any issues with this storage unit, the previous one, or Mr. Pitts. He goes over and beyond trying to make sure you have everything you need. Also, I chose Chris Pitts’ storage because of the locked gate due to the theft in storage units over the years in Benton County. If I am in need of another storage unit in the future, I will definitely use Chris Pitts Storage.

Hung up on me because i asked if prices were negotiable. Every other storage unit around had better pricing. Glad to spend my money elsewhere.
The owner is a very great person he works with you just pay for your storage and he will be happy and so will you
