Visiting from out-of-town. Waited behind car in Drive-up for 5 minutes only to discover no one inside. Drive around to other side to see sticker in door closed on Saturday & they're located next to Hannafords. No info on closest location open in Saturday either unless go online

Absolutely horrible upper level management. The customer comes last, please do your self a favor and bank somewhere else Bangor Savings right across the street. I'd love to share my response and I will and have through litigation.
Nice little Keybank. It is on the smaller side but that is okay. Good service here.
