I went to the Camden store after having been to the North Dover store 3 days in a row getting the run around. I was so happy with the staff I was greeted with a smile and and told I will be right with you.The appliance area was very busy the associate Kyle was very quick and personable he went above and beyond to help me .He also called for a manager Mo who addressed our concerns and help solve our issues. I want.to thank them so much for there help and there outstanding care ..From now one this will be my go to.spot..And I can hope that they receive the recognition they deserve. THANKS again for.a great experience

As a realtor, I'm always going into homes and seeing these really cool DIY projects that I simply must do to my own home. So I end up at Lowe's 3 times a week. I always find what I need and the staff is always fantastic. There is one specific employee who I developed a friendship with a few months back over a dishwasher that should have been at the Camden store but was shipped to the Dover store instead and she helped me figure out what happened. Moral of the story is to order it yourself. She to this day gives me a hard time and I love it. Thanks guys! If this review was helpful, give it a ! Google said they were open but they were closed. I recommend calling first if it's after 7pm on Sunday. There were about a half dozen people I noticed who also expected it to be open. If hours have changed, please update in Google. Thanks!
Could do better with serving customers. I called to get find out the price of an estimate that we had done with our sliding door. I was told that I was calling at a bad time and I need to call when it’s Convenient for them because they were “too busy”. I have worked retail since I was 16 & can understand that they may be busy, but never tell a customer they are too busy to help you. This is Not the first time customer service has been like this. I will take my business elsewhere unforgivably.
