Definitely a Pleasant & Easy Experience!! Both Mark the Finance Manager & Ryan were patient & friendly & answered all our questions. Ryan Strickland was amazing funny & definitely knowledgeable in their inventory & what he didn't know he found out for us.Totally exceeded our expectations from the test drive to signing papers in finance we were out in less then 3 hours. Extremely happy with my choice, Not one bad thing to say. I would definitely recommend Camelback Ford to anyone!! Thank You Camelback Ford You Guys Are The Best!!

Ken and I enjoyed our Vehicle purchasing experience at Camelback Ford. From the managers to our personal sales Assistant, Ty Watson everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle we wanted to see was ready and spic n span for our test drive. In checking around the area, Camelback Ford had the exact vehicle we wanted with the best price. Let's start with the good - Jesus was my contact and he was extremely nice very professional and customer service oriented. The service provided by the mechanics was fine; a simple oil and filter change. The bad: I called the dealership directly to schedule my appointment and was asked whether I would be staying with my vehicle or dropping it off. I planned to stay. I assumed that making an appointment meant I would have my service done at that appointment time. After being told it was a two-hour wait (what?!), I asked, \What's the point in an appointment?\ I was told there was a backlog of people who were waiting. After 4 hours (yes, FOUR HOURS), my service was done. during the four hours that I sat in that waiting room, I never saw more than three others \ waiting\ for their service! I was also told that they wouldn't be able to wash my vehicle (I heard several other customers being told their vehicles had been washed). So, if you plan to use this dealership just make sure you ask all the right questions or be prepared to wait a very long time for the most simple service.
