Great experience. It seems that you should see a dentist more often than every 10 years, especially if you are over 65 like I am. Nervous about the deep cleaning, I found it to be painless and entertaining. Liz explains all that she is doing and is constantly checking your comfort. I have back issues and she made sure that I could stand and stretch as needed. We would have been done on time, but it seems that I am a bit of a talker. Broken teeth and broken crowns abound but Dr. Felien laid out a clear and doable program to get me back to where I need to be.

First time going to the Dentist and Dr Felien and her crew made it a great visit. From the welcoming greeting of the receptionist to the perfect flossing of the hygienist. I highly recommend you visit Camelback Smiles for your next dental needs!

Unfortunately I’m having to write a second review. Less the a year ago I came to this office to have some dental work done. I was having a bone graph and some gum procedure done. Well both surgeries haven’t gone as planned. The first one Dr Garret left a screw in the area he performed the first surgery on and I found out 9 months later after having gone to get X-rays at a different dentist office as to why I was having pain in that area. After the first surgery and not knowing how bad the first one had gone, I went back a month or so for the second surgery and the screw that was left behind still wasn’t found. Needless to say thankfully I found this and I wasn’t able to earlier because of the pandemic but now I’m having to move forward legally. This dental office has promised to refund the money On the second surgery and still have yet to do so. now they are fighting me on the refund for the first one. I’m telling you please do not spend any money here. Both surgeries didn’t go as planned and the fact they still haven’t refunded me almost 8 months later for the second one and now I’m finding out about the first one. These people are very misleading and now I’m in a terrible situation on top of the pandemic. I pay out of pocket with no insurance and this has been very hard on my health.

You guys did a great job of not only mitigating my anxiety with getting root canals (and dental service in general), but also helping to make sure that I wasn't in any pain during the duration of my treatment. I thank you so much for that and, for once, I can say that I'll stick to my dental plan thanks to you!

I’m writing this review for my brother because what this dentist office has done isn’t right. They have basically taken a few thousand dollars from him only to perform terrible dental work and cause even more damage that needs to be fixed. I feel so bad for him because he’s saved for so long to get his teeth fixed and now not only has dentist office made that difficult, hard and prolonged it - he is out of a few thousand dollars and now needs to spend more getting it fixed. They don’t want to do what’s right and now he’s having to move forward legally and who wants to do that during these already hard times
