Great advice over the phone today. Very knowledgeable and friendly, was able to help me find a product that will help me with my design degree and not break the bank.
*NO REFUND POLICY. Do not shop here for gifts* Upsetting experience. I purchased an expensive gift and at the point of purchase asked how long I would have to return it if it was not correct. The manager said I would have until early January. That night I showed the gift to my partner, anxious to get it right, and it turned out it was the incorrect item. Less than 24hrs later I was in the store with the unused item and receipt and I was told that I was wrong, it could not be returned, only exchanged for store credit. They have no mention of lack of refunds on their receipt, only that they comply to consumer law, obviously evident that their lack of clarity when speaking to consumers has created conflict before. If you are poorly communicating your sale conditions to your customers you will end up with disappointed and confused customers, who had directly asked you that question prior. The word exchange was never uttered when I had asked prior to purchase. I felt intentionally tricked with carefully hand-picked words.
I bought a Canon M50 bundle deal last week and couldn't have been happier with the service. Damien helped me discover the best deal they had to offer and advised me on what batteries etc I might need to go along with the camera. The store is so well -equipped in terms of covid, I felt very safe going to the shop window. Thanks to the team at Camera Centre, I will definitly be purchasing here again.
I had a great experience with The Camera Centre recently. I decided to shop here instead of Amazon in order to support the local economy a little. They have what Amazon can't offer: Helpful advice from specialised and experienced staff. Damian was spectacularly helpful over the phone. I'll definitely be back for more!!
NEVER GIVE YOUR CUSTOM TO SHOPS THAT WON'T REFUND!! If I could give no stars I would, but it won't let me leave a review otherwise. BUYER BEWARE..NO REFUND POLICY!! Wanted a refund for a gift (unopened) within 5 days as someone else had given the same gift and was told NO! Its store policy. Credit only. \Wouldn't want credit as will never shop there again\. Also at time of sale I was made feel I was getting a great deal with a gift box which has (WORTH 120 printed on it). When in fact I was charged 35 for a bag I didn't ask for and 24 for SD card and even 8 for the box itself. The guy just kept putting them all in the box as if they were part of the deal.I am a pensioner and bought hurriedly as was afraid of another lockdown.

I have purchased a lense for over a grand which was sold with free DPD next day delivery... 3 days later item is still not shipped and you don't reply to any emails or even don't answer or return any calls from any of your branches... I can smell a scam here.... AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
