Amazing little wine bar! We first stopped by for a quick drink before getting to our dinner reservation. We liked it so much that we went back after dinner to enjoy an entire bottle of wine accompanied by some meat, cheese, and chocolate. Howell was our server and he was so kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable when it came to pairings with our wine. I can't wait to move to Houston and make this spot a regular destination. The atmosphere was dim, quiet, and cozy; perfect for a date or to lounge among friends.

Didn't catch his name, but the bartender that served my friend & I last night was Exquisite. Our wine was paired with a delicious meat & cheese tray and a moist chicken sandwich. 5

It was our first time to Camerata at Paulie's today. We attended my nephew and niece's baby shower. This place was cozy and fit the group of about 50 adults and kids comfortably. Meg and John did a great job asking each guest if he/she wanted wine. They made sure dirty plates were gathered and generally made sure everything was good for us. I was debating which wine to drink and John and Meg was helpful to let me try the Tempranillo and Sparkling red wine to help me decide. I ended up liking the sparkling red wine. I enjoyed the meat and cheeses and the Italian sandwich. There was a good selection served for people to snack on. I would definitely come back again.

Fun happy hour after 4PM where they have half price on the bottles, but it goes quickly since it's over when the bottle is out. I also got a porron of Basque cider which was fun to pour out.

Excellent place to come in for a glass of wine and a good cheese plate. Dale is a wine-wiz, he will tell you the entire history behind any bottle of wine if you ask him. We will definitely come back here!

Haylee was an amazing bartender/Sommelier and had great wine suggestions. Also helped us with food suggestions not only on the menu but menu from the restaurant next door..we will definitely be back!
