My boiler was leaking water from the pressure release valve. I had them visit twice to fix the problem. 600 later the problem was still not fixed. At this point I felt like I was being nickled and dimed, which a customer shouldn't feel. I ended up going with Jack's Plumbing who did fix the problem in one visit. Two weeks later I still haven't seen a drop from the boiler. I'm taking all my plumbing business to Jack's from now on.
