What a memorable experience I had in this restaurant! I walked in without a reservation on a very busy sunny day (it was a bank holiday in nearby Recco and the tiny beach of San Fruttuoso was crammed) and was lucky to secure a table for two in the outside terrace, front row facing the sea. Food, wine and service were all great: we tried the muscles alla marinara, the caprese and two different fish of the day alla ligure. My partner even asked for extra pesto for her caprese, which came in a generous portion free of charge. Special mention to Augusto, our lovely waiter, who spoke good English and was very helpful explaining the menu. It's this level of customer service that made our day and we can't wait to return.

Having in mind the location where you could expect crazy high prices, I was quite happy with what I got for my money. Spaghetti with seafood is something I can recommend.
Very poor service. Sat for 15 mins with a wry hungry small child waiting to be served, only to be ignored by staff. It’s a shame as the view offers so much potential!

Beautiful spot to kick back and enjoy the view of the cove. Solid food...anchoives were prepared just right and not too big. Service was poor at best. We took it upon ourselves to grab a table by the window and cleared the table ourselves after receiving approval we could sit there. The bus boy seemed very surprised and soon realized that potential customers were showing him how to do his job. There was one other occupied table in the entire room. Ownership, please whip your staff into shape so you can maximize your revenue or simply get new help. It's a shame that the overall score of your establishment is so low based on much of the complaints having to do with the service. Everything else is sublime.
