Kaplan's saved my wedding dress. I had taken it to an independent seamstress. She had it for 3 months and other than hemming it, she made it worse. When she took it in, the middle seam became a roll that made me (a plus size bride) look like a cupcake. I also asked for the flowers on the bodice to be outlined in silver metallic thread. She used thick, ugly soft thread and had no attention to detail. I picked it up 2 weeks before my wedding and cried. I called several tailors and no one else could help me on such short notice. Mr Kaplan told me to bring the dress in the next day and they would do everything they could to save it. I almost cried. He said it was my wedding and it was important that my vision be made a reality. He and his employee (whose name I can't remember! I'm so sorry!) did a wonderful job. They met me on my lunch breaks for fittings. She corrected the bad work down when it was taken in and made me look lovely. She trimmed the flowers with perfect small metallic thread that totally fit my vision. I will be forever grateful that Kaplan's saved my dress, and therefore the pictures, and therefore the wedding

Have used them for many years... They do an excellent job of dry cleaning coats, pants and shirts.... at a very good price!!! Friendly service!! Have also used their tailor services for pants....they did a great job!!

Do not go to this place. The women tailors are horrible, rude and aggressive. They asked me to try it on and took of my stitches of the dress. After taking of the stitches, they said they could not sew it back and I will have to pay. A 15 mins job will take them weeks. They were super rube of about. The lady said, “No, No” I can’t do it and just left. I left with my dress unstitched and unfix. Horrible business and people.

I have bought 4 italian wool suits from Dale and have never had a problem. Feels really nice when a suit fits you perfectly. He is a perfectionist at his craft.
