Nancy at The NRA Group was a pleasure to work with to settle a medical dept. Nancy was kind, pleasant to talk with, and very efficient at helping me through the process. Nancy checked the status of my bill and made sure I received an electronic record of my payment for my records. Medical bills can be very confusing, not wanting to pay too soon to make sure insurance has covered its part, but not wanting to delay too long. If you find yourself in the latter case, it is good to know that The NRA Group has people like Nancy who will help you resolve the issue in a pleasant and highly professional way.

Ms. Nancy was awesome to work with. Usually when you call debt collectors, the call reps hate their life and treat you horribly, but not Nancy. She really did take time to find my account even though I didn't know what my account number was and she was so happy and sounded like she really enjoyed her job. She also reminded me that I could use my FSA card which allowed me to keep more money in my checking account. Thank you Nancy for being such a ray of light today.
They are the most rudest people refused to tell me why they are calling. All she did was say her name and NRA group. If you can't respect me to tell me why your calling me don't call. Then you want verifiable info. Sorry I dont give personal info over the phone. Nice try.
