I order first thing in the a.m. for order pickup at 6 p.m. on new years Eve. I go in to pickup my order and had to wait 15-20 minutes. People who were ordering in the store (not in advance like me) were getting orders before me. What's the point of ordering in advance if you have to wait 20 minutes. They were just about to give me a fresh tray until they saw my tray sitting on a shelf. They did not give me the fresh tray. But they did give me the tray full of cold rivets that's been sitting there for 20 minutes. Poor organization. I was not happy walking out of there.

First time visit (out of town'er). Never had a Philly Cheese Steak sub in my life, this place was recommended by a local friend. Simply amazing! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and very good price point (combo meal - sub, fries & drink). Return visit whenever I'm back.

Camp Hill location web site shows a \local stores special\ of 1 Pan (24) Of Mini Cheesesteaks for 30.00. Went to the store and attempted to order this. Was told that it's only available as an \add-on\ to much more expensive catering packages. The web site had not mentioned this. This is bait and switch. It's illegal and it's reprehensible.

Friendly staff, amazing customer service, and great selection/deals! The pretzels and variety of dips were a huge hit with my coworkers. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.
