My Father has past away and Modesto took his time in making sure that the photos and voice memos all got transferred completely as he knew I was so emotional about my phone being recently damaged. His empathy and sympathy were truly unique and his great customer service was above and beyond amazing. All the memories on my phone of my Father were saved and I owe Modesto a huge THANK YOU!
