I hate to write this review,.. Everyone at the office says they care, they seem to care, I truly want to believe that is true. I had even held off writing any immediate review -hoping multiple interactions would lead to a positive experience but it hasn't. They are consistently making mistakes, not keeping their word and uncoordinated. This has lead to a very poor overall experience (multiple times). And then there is Dr. Cook. I believe he can be great, or was great at one time. Unfortunately that has not been my experience when working with him. (multiple times) To be honest, he seems enamored by the spectacle of his own success, -partially disconnected from many of the statements given (as if he'd been repeating them time after time & is stuck on auto-pilot) and COMPLETELY disconnected from the actual patient experience. Unless you have cash to burn or are going in there for something basic I would look somewhere else. I have had better experiences with Free Health Care.

My name is Kevin Thompson. I want to briefly share my story along with this testimonial. I lived in a rental home with toxic mold in the basement that grew over time from a lack of ventilation. I knew nothing about it at the time. I eventually got VERY sick. Neurological issues, breathing problems, heart issues and extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. I booked an appointment and had a consultation. He asked me all the relevant questions in a very caring and thorough manor. He then started me on am advanced treatment plan. That included peptide Injections and a specific nebulizing protocol. It has made a WORLD of difference in my recovery. I believe the peptides made a major difference. If you are struggling with mold or lymes and it's been extreme or on going, I highly recommend seeing him. He is one of the best in the field. I got my life back!
I have not seen Dr. Cook yet, but his podcasts have given me so much hope that I will be able to heal from lyme disease. As someone that has seen over 40 medical practitioners, this is not a disease that can be treated by a cookie cutter approach. For anyone out there that is struggling to get out of bed in the morning, do whatever you can to find a doctor like Dr. Cook.
Dr. Cook (and the amazing staff at BioReset Medical) has changed my life. I had lost faith in modern medicine and trust in doctors, receiving countless diagnosis and treatments.
