I’m honestly not impressed with the service whenever I’m contacting the jail. Every time I call in regards to whatever, Im given attitude by the staff over the phone. I get they deal with all kinds of different people but that still doesn’t mean be rude to just whoever when I was being as nice as I could be. I’d suggest hire people who know how to interact with others under any circumstance.

Bonded my friend out of jail for being a bonehead and missing his court date. I called and they said it was 500, then I get there 30 minutes later and they said 530 and it had to be exact change. Well since the ATM only gives 20's and they don't have change I had to go get change from White Castle. Then I get back around 11 and they make me 45 minutes before they'll even talk to me saying they're busy. Then when I get inside the girl that I paid tells me that his court is on Friday and that's when I'll get my money back. So Friday I go down after my friends court is a diversion and there's no fine so I should be able to get my money. Then they say \well even if he didn't have a diversion you wouldn't get your money back today because we just got it last night\ (which isn't true, I paid them on Wednesday and the girl wrote the wrong date on the receipt.) They said that the money wouldn't have registered yet. whatever that means. So at first it was you can have your money back when he shows up for court, then it was as long as he has no fines, now I have to wait until he completes the entire diversion course. It's not about the money, it's about the lies and games. They're doing everything they can to keep my money.

Full of code violations. Feces and blood on floors. Full of infection diseases. Major Nagel and the health care team are completely worthless among being complete liars. Lieutenant Fletcher and Lieutenant Warford are unjustified in their choices of how to have the inmates treated. Lieutenant or Sergeant Channler or Channels could careless for the inmates safety. Seargent Piccorillo promotes violence. The inmates cells are covered in black mold and blood among other things. It is a money racket also complete with illegal controlled substances circulating in its system. I recommend drug testing the staff.
